David is responsible for Fullerton’s overall leadership and investment decisions. He serves as Chairman of the company’s Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to founding Fullerton, he practiced law at a firm in Toronto and worked as an investment advisor at Merrill Lynch and CIBC. David also serves as President of Armitage Capital Corp., a private investment company. He holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University, an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto.
