Frank has extensive experience in real estate investment management in both Canada and the United States, and has led Eastbourne Investments Ltd. as President for over two decades. During this time, Frank has initiated and managed (including acquisition, development, financing, and disposition) over $1 billion in U.S. property transactions. Prior to his experience at Eastbourne, Frank was an Asset Manager (with portfolio acquisition underwriting expertise) for GE Capital Canada from 1994–1998 and a distressed real estate loan officer for Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC) from 1992–1994. Frank holds an MBA in Real Estate from Columbia University, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
